4 large green bananas
juice of one lime
some powdered sugar
oil to deep-fry

Peel and cut the bananas lengthwise. Marinate them in the lime juice for some 15 minutes. Then, dry bananas in the sun or in an oven at 40oC. Fry in the oil until they’re light brown in colour and are crispy. Drain and cool off, then serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
